A green ribbon across the top says “want to take full advantage of Discord with better performance, in-game overly, and more? Get the desktop app!” with a button that says download. And am immediately taken to the web version of discord. I am then taken to the Play store where the window says: Discord: talk, chat, and hang out. I get another popup that says “Get Discord at Home” and am given the options Mac OS, Windows, Linux, Apple iOs, and android. Download the desktop application to get system-wide push to talk.” The pop up window has two options “okay” and “download.” I click download. When turning on Push to Talk I am given a pop up windowthe message “Push to talk (limited) will only work when this browser window has focus. However, switching to another window, I get cut off.

I am just fine with push to talk if I stay in the discord window. I need to use push to talk for my game, and need it to be able to pick up my voice while I’m looking at a separate browser window. I am using discord for the chat in my weekly DND game.
